So, what’s in the next Release?

Easily Track Upcoming Appointments: You will now be able to view upcoming Appointments directly on your Participant and Resource Profile Pages. This update will provide a clear snapshot of scheduled Appointments, making it easier to track what's ahead for your Participants and Care Team. See it in Action

And, what’s ahead? Below is a glimpse of what’s ahead on the Maica roadmap.

Export Upcoming Appointments: Participants and resources will be able to receive their upcoming appointments via email, with a PDF schedule attached. This feature will be integrated into Salesforce’s native email system.

Total Committed Value Tracking on Service Agreements: Maica will capture both actual spending and total committed value, aggregating future appointments to provide a clearer view of service commitments.

Automatic Timezone Adjustments for Appointments: Appointment times will automatically adjust to the correct timezone, eliminating the need for manual conversions based on location. We will keep you updated with how we are solving this as we work our way through it.

Aged Care Reform Compliance Extensions: This is the big one, and we expect it will keep us occupied for quite some time. The new aged care reform and its associated modifications are very much on the agenda and will be implemented by July of this year. In addition, we are currently investigating and integrating with the Aged Care APIs as they become available. We don't yet have a strong sense of their stability, capability, or scalability, but we'll keep you updated via email and LinkedIn. Rest assured that you will have access to all compliance-related features required to continue functioning in this sector with Maica.
