Yes. SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages import and run with full progress and score tracking, sitting in the same module as content you author natively. Content can also be imported by CSV or JSON.
A badge is awarded per module once every lesson in it is complete. A certificate is awarded per category once every module in that category holds a current badge. A capstone is awarded when every published module across the site is current. All of it is derived from progress rather than issued by hand.
A badge records the module version it was earned against. Publishing a new version marks existing badges as needing a refresh, and the certificate above them stops counting as current until the learner catches up. Nothing is revoked, so the earned badge stays as history.
