Payments are recorded against the Invoice they belong to, and remittance is matched back to Claims, keeping every balance current.

Invoices flow through to Xero and card payments come through Stripe, so finance runs from the same data as care.

Xero and Stripe connect to Maica out of the box, but they are not the only option. Maica can work alongside other finance and payment systems too, so you can keep the tools your team already uses.
