Create, deliver and track your organisation's training. Connect to Salesforce to write Completions back to the Records you already report on.
Author Lessons, write Assessments, import existing training, and brand the whole site. All in the browser.
Build each Lesson from the Steps your material needs. Start with an Intro covering what Learners will learn and what they need to know beforehand. Add formatted Content, with a wide layout for image-heavy material. Embed a Demo from Arcade, YouTube or Vimeo, with separate desktop and mobile versions. Or use a Scenario to guide Learners through a case study, with linked questions answered in sequence.
Choose the Question Type that fits. Use Multiple Choice or True or False, ask Learners to order or match items, sort them into groups, or complete a sentence from a word bank. Every Question includes an explanation after the answer, and Ordering and Matching Questions shuffle on display. Combine Questions into a Quiz with a pass mark, using a larger pool to show a random selection on each attempt.
Bring existing training into the same Modules as the content you create. SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages run in a sandboxed frame with a full LMS runtime to track progress and scores. Import Categories, Modules, Lessons and Steps together through CSV or JSON. Build Learning Paths across Modules and Categories for inductions or role progression. Add a searchable Dictionary of terms and definitions, organised by Category.
Make your Learning site your own, with one site per Workspace. Set your colours, your typeface, corner style and flat, bordered or elevated cards. Offer Magic Link, Password or Google sign-in, with optional self-registration. Learners can move between Dashboard, My Learning, Explore and Achievements, search from anywhere with a keyboard shortcut, save Modules and subject areas as Favourites, and set their preferences.
Invite Learners, group them into Teams, assign what they need, and see who has finished.
Invite Learners, resend invitations and see each Account's Status, invitation date and last-seen date. Reset an individual Learner's progress when needed.
Group Learners into named Teams with descriptions, then assign training to the whole Team at once.
Assign a Module to an individual or a Team, mark it mandatory, and set a due date. Every Assignment records who set it.
See each Learner's completed Lessons and Modules, Badges, Certificates, overall completion percentage and last active date.
See total Learners, those active in the last 30 days, published Modules, completed Lessons, Badges and Certificates. Export the figures to CSV.
Every attempt recorded with score, total and per-question results.
Awards follow progress automatically. When a Module changes, Badges earned against the previous version are marked for refresh.
One per Module, awarded automatically when every Lesson in that Module is complete.
One per Category, awarded when every Module in that Category holds a current Badge. Viewable and printable.
Awarded when every published Module across the whole site holds a current Badge.
A Badge records the Module version it was earned against. Publish a new version and the Badge is marked for refresh.
Connect learning outcomes to your Salesforce Records. Match Learners to Contacts or your Resource Object by email, with suggested matches and bulk linking. Choose from a range of trigger Events, including Module Completion and passing a Quiz, with your own conditions, target Object and Field mappings. Updates queue in an outbox and run in the background, so training can continue. Every attempt is logged. Test rules before enabling them, run them manually or trigger them again when a Module is refreshed.
Use Maica Learning on its own or extend it with the four other Maica products. Each is a separate product, connected through the same data.
Build branded, public-facing Forms with drag and drop, then send every Submission straight into Salesforce. No code, no middleware, no developer required.
The questions providers ask us about Maica Learning.
No. Maica Learning works as a complete platform on its own. Connect Salesforce if you want to write Completions back to your Records, or run all your training without it.
Yes. Import SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages with full progress and score tracking. They sit alongside the content you create within the same Module. You can also import content through CSV or JSON.
Learners earn a Badge when they complete every Lesson in a Module. A Certificate follows when every Module in a Category has a current Badge. Completing every published Module across the site with current Badges earns a Capstone. Awards are generated from progress automatically.
Each Badge records the Module version it was earned against. Publish a new version and existing Badges are marked for refresh. The related Certificate is no longer current until the Learner completes the update. Previously earned Badges remain in their history.
Yes. Assign a Module to an individual Learner or a whole Team, mark it mandatory and set a due date. Each Assignment records who created it.
You decide. A range of Learning Events can trigger updates, each with your own conditions, target Object and Field mappings. Updates run from a queue, so Learners can continue even when Salesforce is unavailable. Every attempt is logged and can be retried.
