No. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Maica is priced in tiers. Your first 50 users are $38 each, the next 50 are $33 each, and so on, so your average rate falls as your team grows. Maica starts at a minimum of 30 users.
Not for the core product. Implementation is included in your Maica licence. Extensions beyond the core are scoped separately with our services team.
Yes. Maica, Maica Forms, Maica Docs, Maica Envelopes and Maica Campaigns are each licensed separately, so you can start with what you need and add more as you go. Maica Learning and the Participant Portal are available alongside Maica.
No. The Participant Portal is an add-on to Maica, because it works with the participant information Maica holds. It is charged per participant rather than per user, so it appears as its own line on your quote.
Yes, with Maica. Once Maica is part of your licence, Maica Learning is free, so you can build and run your own staff training at no extra cost.
