A Day With Maica: The Participant.

A clearer view of care for the people receiving it.

Signing in
Your Client signs in securely to their Client Portal set up just for them. Their information, their care, in one place.

Client Portal

noun

A secure, personal space where a Client can see their own information, set up and managed by your organisation.

The day ahead
They can see their upcoming Appointments at a glance, including who is coming and when they will arrive.

When your team makes a change to an Appointment, it shows in the Portal as it happens.

Where their funding is up to
They can see how much Funding they've used and what remains, using the same figures your team works from.

A shared view of the Budget makes it easier to talk through what's available.

Service Agreement

noun

The agreement between a Client and your organisation that sets out the supports they receive and the Funding behind them.

Their own details
They can update the details you've made editable and view the other information you choose to share.

Any changes they make are saved straight to their record.

You decide which details each Client can edit and which they can only view.

Asking for something
When they need something, they can send a Request through the Portal. It goes directly to your team, with replies returned to the same place.

Every Request is kept as a Record your team can see, follow up and close.

Their documents
Agreements, Statements and other Documents are kept together, so they are always easy to find.

Your team adds the Documents, so the version they see is always the current one.

If anything changes
When something changes, they hear about it. Updates to their Appointments, Documents and Requests reach them, so they always know where things stand.
Family and the people around them
Family members and nominees can have their own sign-in, with access to the information you choose to share with them.

Nominee

noun

A person a Client chooses to act or receive information on their behalf, such as a family member or someone they trust.
